2. Membership & Payments

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Payments must be made in full and on time to maintain access to training and

facilities. Family

plans and group rates are available upon request and subject to approval.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership cancellations require a 30-day notice in writing via email or in

person. No

refunds will be issued for missed classes, early cancellations, or unused portions of a membership. Promotional offers, including free sessions and discounted first-month rates, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Class Participation & Safety

All participants must sign a waiver before engaging in any training sessions. Proper attire and equipment are required for all classes. Members must follow all instructor guidelines and safety protocols to minimize the risk of injury. North County MMA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

5. Code of Conduct

Respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow members is mandatory. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate membership termination without a refund. Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper hygiene when using gym facilities.

6. Liability Waiver

Members acknowledge that martial arts training is a physically demanding activity and assume all risks associated with participation. North County MMA is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen belongings while on the premises.

7. Facility Use & Equipment

Members are responsible for using equipment properly and reporting any damages. Unauthorized use of the facility outside of class times is strictly prohibited. Guests and non-members are not allowed to use gym equipment without prior approval.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal information only for membership and communication purposes. North County MMA does not share or sell member data to third

parties. By

providing your contact information, you agree to receive promotional updates and notifications from us.

9. Modifications to Terms

North County MMA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes through email or in-gym postings. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
